Services Available Across Arizona ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System)

ALTCS, pronounced “ALL‑TECS,” is Arizona’s Medicaid long‑term care program for individuals aged 65+, or those with disabilities who require a nursing‑facility level of care. Importantly, you don’t have to live in a facility — services can be provided right in your home or community setting.

Covered services include attendant care, homemaking, personal care, respite, structured family caregiving, and more.

Eligibility involves meeting certain non‑financial and financial criteria, including residency, income, resources, and level‑of‑care determination.

AAA (Area Agency on Aging)
